Re: ? re: 3% hydrogen peroxide

Hello trembita
It's OK to use 3% H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) in the bath, but you would need 11 cups of it to make the equivalent strength of 1 cup of 35% food grade.

Store bought 3% does have stabilizers in it to reduce the out-gassing of the oxygen from the formula so it can sit on a shelf at room temperature for a long time. I wouldn't use it for anything internal, but anything external, including baths is OK. I would even go so far as to say that it's OK for a mouth rinse if you're traveling and that's all that's available.

Epsom Salts will enhance the detoxifying action of the H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) in the bath and it's real nice and fizzy on the skin.
have fun
