Thanks Noemi. I actually don't drink alcohol very often.
But I've been allergic to these foods since I was born -- could it really be because I have a clogged liver? Have I had a clogged liver since I was born?
I was meaning more to ask if there were nutrients that were only found in walnuts / fish / etc. that I should be supplementing with, or any foods I should be eating more of to make up for what I'm missing.
