Hi everybody! I'm not new to this forum but it's been a long time since I've posted here. I really really want to do a fast minimum 26 days maximum a whole month.
The biggest problem is that I have a lot of cravings. The last fast I did was 14 days and it went ok but then the cravings stopped me! But the biggest problem is that I don't know how to deal with the bad breath it makes me feel really unconfortable especially with my husband. What can I do for these two things? And also is there a way not to think of food the whole time? I guess that it must be a mind thing. Ok, thanks for your time, please write back to me.
