the health effects of an extended fast or even a fast to completion are ongoing, and do not subside: but this entirely depends on your living habits post-fast.
If you live within the laws of nature: adequate rest and sleep; exercise; judicious full body sun-exposure; plenty of fresh air; a properly combined and mostly raw food diet, according to appetite, then your body will grow into evermore abundantly good health, if you live by these principles.
The need for fasting then becomes minimal.
