I just found this forum and I am really excited about it! I need some support at this point. I am on day 15 of a 30-day water fast. I feel okay (aside from the usual weakness, lack of sleep and light-headedness at times) but I am quite concerned about the fact that I am still hungry at times. I drink a ton of water and also drink more when I feel hunger coming on but to no avail really. I thought hunger was supposed to subside within the first few days of the fast? I am pretty active throughout the day (ie: not just laying in bed all day), could this be the cause? I am getting concerned because I really want to fast for my full 30-day target.
