I had zero pain/irritation/redness...I just noticed a lump just outside my areola. It was odd...it was actually a series of small lumps that went along a vein. My doctor said that it will go away on its own. I don't know if it's pure coincidence that these bumps showed up just post-removal or not. But thank goodness they are totally harmless & benign.
