I am taking Puritans Pride, Absorable Selenium product, 200 mcg a day. But admit that I have not been religious about it in the last couple of weeks, perhaps every other day. Before that, every day for several months. When I began to feel over saturated, I backed off of everything which is why. Oh, I have been taking Puritans Pride Chinese Chlorella which I thought would act similarily to Selenium.
I await your wisdom because I am ultra bummed at having to back off of Lugols iodine. Is it as simple as the selenium maintenance, and perhaps more??
