I have serious problems with apples too - major gas, I am not sure if I am a + or not but I am a type O and don't know my secreter status but apples make me do really stinking farts so I avoid them like the plague. I'm guessing anything that does that can't be good for me. I too avoid cheese, milk and all grains bar rice. Even rice I find makes me a little sleepy but it's good if I need to get some sleep. :P
I noticed that all the foods that give me gas like that are also the metabolic inhibitors or things that increase disease susceptibility in the eat right for your type.
My latest food fetishes have been pumpkin, broccoli and carrots with some lamb mince. Yummy.
