i have read a lot about SAM E ...there are NO side effects at all? what exactly IS SAM E anyway? my ssiter is very depressed, and has lots of anxiety, St. Johns Wart did NOTHING, and valarian was "ok", but didn't really do to much, in fact, it almost made her more anxious...weird. like i said, i have heard a lot about it....please, tell me more! she really does need some relief from this cycle of anxiety and depression.
