Its 8pm and I have just had an orange, a tomato and tropicana orange juice. My house is a mess and I'm behind with work projects, I need some energy to get back to work. I'm not sure how much to eat and what foods to stay away from.
Would cabbage soup be safe to take? I intend to start going to the gym seriously tommorow and to do another 3 day fast starting Friday.
I am presently at 140pounds. I need to get to 130pounds. I was 155 pounds so its not too bad, just need to maintain it.
