This is total and utter nonsense. I have been doing business honestly for 12 years and I make no exceptions. I work 365 days a year and I answer each and every email within 24 hours. I ALWAYS refund customers according to the 3-month trial offer and I never make any exceptions. An RMA is emailed to each and every customer requesting a refund according to the 3-month trial, no questions asked. My policy is clear, it is advertised on my site, and there are no exceptions. Anyone who claims otherwise is not telling the truth. Period.
The Ultimate Zapper is made using the highest quality components, including the AC adapter, the universal AC adapter (for overseas orders), the ABS plastic box, the solid copper wires, clips, handholds and footpads. Anyone claiming otherwise is just plain not telling the truth. Period. They are either disgruntled or have an ax grind. This also applies to ParaZapper who has made comments in the past about the quality of The Ultimate Zapper's footpads and clips without ever having seen them. If he had seen them he could never have make those comments. He was either shooting from the hip when he did so, which is his style on this forum, or he was just plain lying. You would think that a electrical engineer would have more integrity.
There are inevitably one or two customers per year who are disgruntled for one reason or another. I cannot control this. But what I can control is how I respond to people who choose to tell untruths on this forum about me, my site, my products or the conditions of my 3-month trial and lifetime warranty.
There are thousands of satisfied customers for each customer who is disgruntled. My policies apply to everyone whether they are disgruntled or not.
