Feeling yucky, no energy and horrible taste in my mouth. Would like to go up to 10 days, then have a 4 day break and start again for 5 more days. I have been lying around doing nothing which will have to change tommorow coz have to catch up with chores.
Started period two days ago and having such bad cramps, its at times like this I wish for dear old advil. I've been using hot compression to try and alliviate the pain. Oh well, just a few more days.
Any ideas on how I shour break my fast on Thursday? What kind of fruit should I take and will it be ok to go to the gymn that morning?
