I was just going to post a similar question in regards to alternating between dry fasting and Water Fasting in 24 hour increments. I have the same concerns as you. I wonder if the alternating would just confuse the body and throw everything off? I have done numerous water fasts, the longest being 14 days. And quite a few 24 hour dry fasts. I would like to do an extended fast and was thinking alternating between dry and water would be more beneficial since dry fasting is 2-3 times more beneficial than Water Fasting but can only be done in limited amounts. Any insight would be wonderful!
