breaking a fast for weight-loss would be the same advice for breaking a fast for any other reason...........raw freshly squeezed/extracted juices of fruits and vegetables in season. An example of this would be, orange with apple, followed later by carrot juice and so on.
Losing the weight is one thing, but keeping it off can be an entirely different ball-game: proper food-combining can easily achieve this, even with a higher calorific food intake. It is worth investigating.
