So this is my third day and I started off at the gym, 30 mins on treadmill and some weights. I was a bit worried about wether I'd be able to endure the workout, surprisingly I did and I feel great. Yes my body does feel weak and I could use some rest, and my mouth has all this saliva build-up and I'm sinusy; still all things considered I feel really good.
I have been using mouthwash throughout the day and its been helping! I dont feel hungry at all and infact I'm about to feed my child.
I was worried about having to drive around, it has been good. When you weigh yourself do you take off all your clothes, or do it with clothes on? Which is more accurate?
