No, enemas are not necessary. After the first day (or two), there should be nothing in your descending colon anyway.

It's great that you're fasting but this sounds like your first fast, so I recommend taking it slower than what you're doing. It's better to get some detox, let your body adapt, read a little more on fasting, and meet your goals than to go too hard, too fast on an unsupervised fast.

Many books recommend starting with a 1 day or 3 day fasts. The longest fast for beginners I've seen was a 14-day OJ fast.
