I think there is a grey area between knowing if people have excess cortisol in the body or if it's just local to the lip - if that can happen.

If we all had really high levels of cortisol we would all be ill and weak and we are not.

As for the body building stuff, I have been doing it for 1 year, I am naturally skinny so yes I have found it hard to put on mass but in one year I have put on 6kg in muscle which is not bad. I have had no injury or the like and can recover well, If I had excess cortisol in my body my recovery rate would be rubbish but its not and I'm 31 ( the older u get the longer ecovery time ).
