I am on day 15 of my water-only fast. I am glad I took this week off. I expected I will feel better into my third week than in the beginning. But in reality I feel kind of week, my tongue is still coated in the morning and I have a kind of nauseous feeling coming from mostly my stomach. I feel like sitting or lying down most of the time.
It's also very cold, rainy and windy outside. Sun definitely gives me energy.
I plan to break the fast on Sunday the 18th and stay one week on diluted fresh organic
vegetable juices.
Anybody has any suggestions which vegetables are the best to use. Could I use some fruit juices or it's too early? So far I have only carrots in mind. Will appreciate the advice. Julia
