i'm just a beginner, but i know that if you're strictly just water fasting, it's totally normal to have no bowel movements, because your digestive/elimination system is resting and regenerating. so don't worry at all about that. the toxins will be coming out through other ways (skin, urine, etc.) also, from what i've read on the forum from people with direct experience, is that fasting helps tighten up loose skin, so hopefully you won't get those "bat wings" :)
