I know exactly what you mean! I will get to around 160ish and STOP!!!! Have no clue why, well actually I do....I also look in the mirror and how my clothes fit, when they fit I quit. Hmmm that rhymed....anyhow I have to get beyond what "fits" in my closet NOW and down to my healthy weight ranging 125 to 135.
Don't quit because it fits, Nicky, keep on trucking! Yeah! (Man am I on a weighloss high??)
