I am about to start on the ML drink but am finishing up with a particular morning protocol I use consisting of the following drink:
@ 10 ounces cran/raspberry juice
2 tsp kelp powder
half tsp high strength cayenne powder
1 tsp ionic magnesium powder
I mix these ingredients, stir and drink.. the taste isn't too objectionable but the kelp has a tendency not to dissolve very well and the cayenne makes it very spicy-hot; I've been taking this for a few weeks and am pleased with it as my health has improved. However, one observation: at times when going #2 the BM produces a burning sensation as it exits. Has anyone dealt with this or know what causes it. My speculation is that it is the extremely acidic waste causing this that my body now has the ability to extricate- passing it is definitely a positive since my health has incrementally improved. What is the general opinion on this.
