BSM drink

I took it, and after a while, huge hives! all over! must have been detox!
Im sipping on a large cup of green tea now to provide some antioxidants.

I just have a question about the limewater: Is it dangerous to ingest any of the powder that floats/is on the bottom of the jar? Do I shake the jar first and then take one tbs of it to my drink? but that will mean that some of the powder will come along..hmm?
