Pickling lime water update

Okay, this country does not have anything! It is impossible to get normal distilled water, so I had to go to the gas station and buy "battery water" thats what they call it, it is suppose to be distilled and to use for car-batteries and irons (the one you use to iron your clothes with).

I mixed 500 ml of that water with 1/3 teaspoon of the pickling lime, and the water is white, foggy and there is some of the powder on the bottom. Is it suppose to be like this? I don't dare to drink this solution, what went wrong? :(
