Re: If i break the water fast with a juice fast will i still see the same results??
Hello snowflowr,
I agree with Fontys reply to your post.
The food cravings you are experiencing are not uncommon on a water-fast: this is usually caused by the psychological aspect to going without food, and very little if anything to do with the return of natural hunger, which is highly unlikely at the seven day stage of a water-only fast.
If you wait another day or two, these cravings can easily subside, and you will be able to continue without breaking the fast on juices.
Juice fasting or (more accurately) "juice feasting", is basically "juice dieting" where there are still health-benefits to be had, but the benefits you would have derived from the water-only fast will be greatly diminished, as Fonty has also illustrated in his own post.
Personally, I would continue with the water-fast according to thirst, to receive the absolute max' benefits of cleansing and healing that you just cannot obtain from juices.
