Re: Cold water fish?

Hi Givati,

Mackerel is a Generic name for several kinds of fish, so it is like the problem with the Salmon, some salmon is Cold water fish which is grown in the cold wild waters, and some is grown in Farm raised warm water conditions!

It is only the species which are grown in the cold waters and in the wild which are fit to eat, and this includes that they need to have scales and fins!

Smile Tis your choice.
