Newbe need help ! sandover,molly

I have swollen gum over last two teeth on upper left. Started on Thursday .I am oil swishing with sesame and coconut oils and H.sea salt appling golden seal root and taking it internally.Will be going to Whole Foods this morning , my question is about Oil of Oregeno should I get the oil to add to swihing or pills to swallow? Or Both.Try to avoid Antibiotics as have just started to gain footing from candida.Have mouth full of fillings and Two root canals.So sick of being sick.Thank you so much for any help offered.
