You say your thoughts slowed down, so would you say, you feel more relaxed? I feel agitated at the moment, i think i'm low in magnesium, very disturbed sleep, can't relax properly. Apparently low magnesium can deplete potassium, so to fast or not to fast, that is the question lol.
I'm going to buy a good mag suppl today, the one i had was not v. absorbable apparently. And i can't take that whilst fasting either.
It would probably do my nerves a lot of good fasting, but as i'm worried that i might be low in stuff. I just feel my recent short fasts have depleted me, i feel low and bit depressed.
I need to build up reserves i think. Back to my green drinks.
