Hello,

Sorry I don't have any advice but I just wanted to let you know I also smell a vomit odor at times. My skin tends to get oily on my face and back. Sometimes it smells rancid and I've also noticed it smells like sour milk or vomit. It may depend on what we have been eating. I hope we all find answers soon. God bless!
