wow! 15lbs in 6 days, but that is just unbelievable! why is fasting so much more effective than eating lower calories and excercising like a maniac? is it because your body does not go into starvation mode?
does fasting still work with the same theories as losing weight by eating less and exercise? i.e. does the rule "you have to burn off 3500 calories to lose a lb" still count? if so, then how does your body manage to burn so much more than your BMR?
and if not then why not? what is the difference?
i would love to know why! i know sometimes we may just not know why it works better, but i thought id ask in case anyone had any ideas.
