My decision - Feeling better

Hello All:

Here's what I think. Great debate, all of you had good things to say.

I upped my Lugol's to 20 drops today. Good thing is I already feel that the cyst has gone down. I know it will work.

Why did cyst happen to me, a person who eats raw healthy foods, occasionally cooked foods, been a vegetarian all my life, no alcohol, no smoking, do Yoga etc. Well, one thing I had a lot in last few years and especially in last five months is emotional stress both at home and work. I have learned not to let outside forces affect me.

Anyway, my doctor said that although it is very big cyst the there is no need to be alarmed and the urologist will just drain it out. My kidney is not affected at all, yet. Besides small discomfort after eating and the fainting spells when I sit up after I sit on the floor it has not been that bad. I just felt this round thing one day and decided to tell my doctor during my annual check up.

Here's what I will do. I am mixing both cooked and uncooked foods in my diet. I am starting Dr. Shulze's colon cleanse, Liver Cleanse and kidney cleanse. I also will be drinking red clover tea 3 times a day. Lugol's will be upped till I cannot stand it any more. I am also going to fast for 5 days, last time I fasted about 3 days it give me a great new start after my body detoxed and healed. I know my parents fasted every month once or twice.

So it is a good plan for me and it may morph as I go ahead. This plan was derived from ideas from all of you and Dr. Shulze's forum. I am glad that I posted here. I love this forum.
