I've had that problem, too. I have fiber one cereal every am, and that does the trick without laxatives. But I have to warn you, start with only half a`serving mixed with regular cereal and work your way up to a full serving. Or, split it up half in the am, half in thr pm. If you have a bowl without measuring, you will get cramps and diarhea. it s crazy that a cereal works better than a medication, but it does.
