Your welcome bling,
I think that after a certain length of time of fasting the natural inclination of the body is to crave wholesome foods and so the temptation to eat other processed and/or denatured foods, just goes by the wayside as they feel unclean and unwholesome.
However, there shouldn't be much harm done if you do stray from wholesome foods just so long as it is in the short-term.
Over the years we have been brainwashed into thinking that diets (especially reducing diets to lose weight) are just so many calories to be counted, which of course is complete nonsense.
Dr Shelton and other Hygienists have always maintained that it is preferable to consume foods that are biologically suited to the body, as other foods were described by them as "disease-causing".
Never a truer word!!!
