Upped my lugol's - No apparent change in Kidney Cyst

Hello all:

I had posted about my kidney cyst two days ago then we had a pause of a day due to upgrading of CZ system.

I have upped my Lugol's intake..from 5 drops I am at 15 drops today. I have no detox symptoms yet. Yesterday I had slight headache and lots of snot. Today I have nothing.

My Cyst has no effect yet, but I know it will soon go down. I feel good with hot water bottle on my left side at night.

I am planning to do Water Fast starting tomorrow. Should I do the Lugol's during my fast?
