Thank you all for the responses. I have started taking 10 drops of Lugol's instead of 5 from today and I will up to 24 which the most I have taken. I do have slight headache today after taking Lugol's in the morning. I will do my salt pushes later on.
I plan to make kheecheri for dinner. Starting Monday I will do water fast.
