I am wondering if anyone can tell me if they have had true success in losing weight while fasting. I mean, so you actually lost all the weight you wanted to lose. Also, it is really easy for me to not eat, but it is a mental emotional thing that prevents me from really, really losing the weight. I get really depressed and I feel like there is so much more to go and all I want to do is eat. I am not sure about how to mentally do the fast and to get myself to believe in myself. Please let me know if anyone has mastered this. Thanks :)
