I read it could be iron deficiency, vit C or vit k deficiency, bioflavanoid def which is found with vit c, in berries etc. Low platelet count.
I would definately get this checked out. Red is good, pale is not, under lower eyelid.
Have some freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. Vit C, if i remember rightly actually helps iron to be absorbed, so you may be deficient in both.
