Re: Question to Bella Lucia Off Topic
Thanks,
I've spoken about my problem before, and apparently, it is possible for the bone to grow while waterfasting, as the body tries to rebalance everything. I haven't done a long enough one to find out yet. The bone is shorter in both the lower leg and the thigh. I think if that happened, it would certainly perplex the chiro.
I suppose an hour or two without shoes would be okay, especially as you say, you are not on your feet all the time. My pelvis was twisted as well, which i think was caused in childbirth, which made the discrepancy worse, which caused problems whenever i tried to exercise. The pelvis has now been stablized, so it is a matter now of strengthening everything up.
My chiro said not to do the poweryoga or more dynamic types. I have tried pilates, before i had the problem rectified, but i only managed a few sessions and had to give it up, but i prefer yoga anyway. Chiros always seem to recommend pilates.
Thanks again
