Re: Build a Good Alkaline Mineral Reserve First.

I believe that if you mineralize well during the 2 weeks or the month in between, and have some supporting minerals and enema and even better colema during the flush, there is no need to delay cleansing. If your organs are intoxicated you won't be able to build up any reserves anyway, so what's the gain? it is like opening the tap full speed, but the sink won't fill because there's the hole.
Me, as in the former liver flush I was fatigued, I decided to support the liver flush of today drinking really a lot of water, having ACV&honey in the morning and doing an enema right after the ES and, even if I released particularly big stones, I felt just great all along. Now, some hours after, I have so much energy I can't even go to bed.
So I really don't see the reason for this contrapposition, alkalizing and cleansing go very well together, at least for not too extreme cases of sickness, where actually I wouldn't know. I don't see any reason why you shouldn't continue flushing your liver, as long as you support the cleanse with minerals, enema, detox bath, whatever you feel right for you. I think also Invincible has had a good experience in that sense, when she was cleansing the kidneys some time ago *while* alkalizing. Am I wrong Maya?
