if you like the taste of real salt, you'll love the Himalayan. It's very similar, but both more subtle and more deeply 'delicious'.(I've had both, *and* the Celtic sea salt, that I also love, especially for salt water flushes.)

And if you buy it (The Himalyan) in the large jug, in rock form (I did, first time I tried it- a large amount, for 14.00) the individual stones look just like rose quartz. You can leave them here and there for the ions--and-- they make great sole.

*I find the Redmond Realsalt tastes a bit 'sharp', though quite good. Lots of iron it feels like. -- whereas the Celtic is very mellow. Multi-faceted. Quite different. It's a bit like like America and Europe.
