Question to Bella Lucia Off Topic

Hi Bella Lucia
Seeing you are into yoga, i would like to ask you about something.

I want to start doing yoga again, i haven't been able to do it due to back and neck problems, and now i've found out the problem is a leg length discrepancy.

I have to wear a heellift insole, so i'm wondering how to get around this. I haven't been for years, and wondered if it would be acceptable to wear a soft shoe or toeless socks. I might be able to make something that could incorporate a pad of the right height etc. I've scoured the internet, but can't find a sock to incorporate heellift.

If i have to do yoga in bare feet, it is probably not going to be suitable anymore. It may have to be tai-chi, as they wear a soft shoe.

I've found a yoga class, which is gentle yoga, and more into the relaxing aspect. I haven't approached them yet, just read about it. I suppose i could ask them about it.

Thanks
