Re: Regaining or controlling weight gain after fasting weight loss

Hello cduliga,
the very best way of maintaining weight, without regaining what you have lost, is by proper food combining. This will allow you to eat more, without going hungry, than you would on an ordinary diet, AND without regaining any weight.

Being overweight is evidence of an imbalance in nutrition. The cause usually lies in the mixture of starch food and proteins or starches with acid fruits, and the eating of refined carbohydrates. This will gradually reduce excessive weight and maintain existing weight---without even trying to do so, AND without feeling hungry.
