Re: Potassium Chloride---answers--

Hi hopinso,

I would not reccommend taking Potassium Chloride for potassium, for there is a much better way to get your Potassium as well as plenty of other Alkaline Minerals in a Complexed Carbohydrate from!

And this is by using the Blackstrap Molasses, for it is higher in Potassium in ratio to the sodium and it contains the other Alkaline Minerals the body needs!

When you try to take individual minerals, such as the Potassium, then you are always going to have problems of matching it up to the other Alkaline Minerals which the body needs to Balance things out!

This may always cause problems, so it is much beter to find a plant source to use to provide your body with a Complex of matching Minerals etc!

And one of the "MAJOR" problems which may cause many people Big problems, is when they get too much Potassium and it is connected to Nitrate, for this "STOPS" the Body from carrying "OXYGEN" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What happens to you when you run out of "OXYGEN" ????????????

And this Potassium Nitrate problem is a serious problem in many of the foods which you eat today, because of the way that they have been grown!

This Potassium Nitrate is a serious form of "FUNNY PROTEIN" !!

The Blackstrap Molasses may provide the body all the needed Potassium plus the other needed Alkaline Minerals!

Smile Tis your choice.
