Regaining or controlling weight gain after fasting weight loss

Hi everyone,

After having read posts to this forum for several days I've joined to ask some of the wiser, more experienced, fellow fasters a question.

I've been fasting for close to 3 months now, on and off. Have not been consistent the entire three months. But I have lost significant weight. As of this morning I'm down to 156 from 185 in mid-February. I'm a 39yr old guy, only 5'7" so that amount of weight loss is pretty significant.

My concern and question is this: after I end this session of a 2-week fast I plan to dramatically change my diet in hopes of maintaining my new physique. What I'm understanding from Shelton is that most people will regain their weight just as quickly as they lost it after they end their fast. Has anyone successfully maintained their weight after their fast? If yes, what was your dietary changes? If no, did you return to your previous diet?

What works and what doesn't? What should I watch out for?

All replies are welcome and much appreciated.
