That's pretty similar to my symptoms--down to 10 foods, lots of gas, bloating, fatigue, can't tolerate probiotics.
CandidaIncontest, have you actually seen--or personnally experimented--somebody in such severe condition and with the same symptoms healed by fasting and raw foodS? Or do you just think it might work and it's worth a try?
When you are down to 10 foods, it means that you are already depleted in nutriments and they are poorly assimilated due to inflamation of the intestinal lining, and you have likely lost lots of weight.
So I am not so sure about fasting for days on top of already starving your body due to multiple food intolerances.
