I was going to suggest rescue remedy. You can find it at any supplement or natural store. It works great for anxiety. You put several drops under tongue when feeling anxious. It's a little pricy, $9.00 for a small bottle. But I think you only need a few drops. I am doing better, so I don't buy rescue remedy anymore but I continue taking st johns worts and it works well for me. I am not sure if you can take st johns worts with ADs. Valerian tea also works well. I make it at night if I get stressed. Check out your nearest supplement store, I am sure there are other supplements you will find there.
