Yes, I felt this way again the week after the second flush (along with dental agony from the flush) and got back on more l-ornithine. Got emotionally stable with the l-ornithine way before I could start the dewormer and flushing and it was a GODSEND. You can search my prior posts on ornithine. It really helped with ANXIETY where I was really crying about dying and totally freaked out. Doc told me to take one per hour until calm and I did and then I finally slept and conked out. Fabulous. Supposedly it can relax you so they say do the l-arginine in the morning and do the ornithine later. I'll take it in the afternoon if needed and then I take at least 3 at 7 pm. I may or may not fall asleep right away, but I will sleep well whenever I do fall asleep. (and take 5 or 6 on flush night). My understanding is that both knock back ammonia but the arginine won't make you sleep. (I don't find it energizing since nothing is now). so far the l-ornithine is one of the best things I've ever taken. Worms make ammonia. Bad digestion of protein makes ammonia. (What else?) Avoid digestive supplements with ammonia!
