Re: drinking coffee

Coffee is an interesting beverage.
Its the feel good drink. The waker upper. The drink to get that extra energy.
A lot of people wonder is it good or isn't it.
When coffee enters the body it triggers many hormonal reactions.
These reactions are in direct response to a poison being present.
The goal is to neutralize the poisons.
Its this heavy hormonal production and reved upness of the body that produces that "awake " and energized feeling.
Its not the coffee doing this, its the body's response to it.
The adrenal glands are quite taxed from this.
Many heavy coffee drinkers adrenals are stressed out and they themselves have that stressed out rundown look.
They're drinking more coffee to get that body's reaction but its taking more because the body is rundown from all the coffee on a daily basis.
The ingredients of coffee are also hard on the liver since its the livers job to handle poisons.
This drink is addictive because caffeine is a poison, as are other drugs.
The only thing that a body can get addicted to is a poison.
Nobody can get addicted to something nonpoisonous like a banana or some apple juice.
Of course all the people lined up at Starbucks in the morning aren't aware of any of this, all the while the Starbucks corp. is laughing all the way to the bank.
