Well SickofHives... I cant help but listen to the body, and have no problem with sharing. I just wish I wasnt so stubborn to not go entirely raw in the first place.
As for the herbs... I wouldnt really worry to much about them. MH suggest that we take herbs the rest of our lives. But once you go raw, and have done a deworming cycle... i believe he recommends only an ounce of dewormer once a week. Which is practically nothing.
But even this sounds like to much work... I plan on just buying different herbs and making dishes with them to cleanse the body and keep it going. IE make a bruschetta with raw onions, garlic, basil, a pinch of cayenne, some acv for tang.. Or I make a butternutt squash soup using the vitamix with cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to flavour. All of those herbs are very, very detoxing and good for the body. And when used in the right amounts they taste good.
The beauty about eating raw is that there are literally thousands of dishes out there that use herbs that not only taste good... but help to rebalance the body. It is very exciting. Aswell if I dont feel like cooking anymore... i dont. And if i feel like having a watermelon/strawberry smoothie for breakfast... like today, I do. I use almost no time preparing my food.
