hunh.... Well then start out slow. Eat the fruits you dont react to. Avocados are low sugar, high fat and should help your energy. Here is a link that shows the content of Sugar in each fruit. I bet if you eat lots of low carb fruit, your body will still clean itself... while being able to maintain your energy. I figure when people say they have problems with fruit... they are talking highly sweet fruit like apples and bananas. The nice thing about fruit is that they digest themselves, and have all the energy we need. Hope this helps.
