Good advice from bling here in reply to your post, but I would leave the concentrated whey protein (excellent) until after the first 6 to 7 days or so, as it is such a concentrated form of very high quality protein.
Bling is also right about Coconut milk, which does indeed have many many health benefits including as a good source of protein.
